      Pros

      The work I do is interesting and gives me great opportunity to collaborate with cross functional colleagues. I am given space to make decisions and own my business unit. I love that the products we develop have rigorous scientific reviews and we do the right thing. The company has programs for leaders and is using them to improve skills. Healthcare insurance benefits are provided from first day of employment

      Cons

      The marketing teams have had significant turnover. The 401K benefit match is quite low compared to other companies in the same space, but other benefits are excellent. Sometimes work life balance can be favored towards work. This is not all the time but has become more of a challenge during Covid times.

      Pros

      Pharmavite is in a very strong growth mode, and making all the moves to bring the business into the future to meet the consumers where they are in life. Innovation pipeline very strong. Great work/life balance. Inclusive/Diverse environment. Strong benefit and compensation plans.

      Cons

      The company has strong retention, which is a strong positive, yet this leads to limited movement/growth. Create opportunities for career growth--suggested course of action for management.
