Great salary, benefits, and mission. Great way to relocate to Southern California. You’ll make great friends. And they hire smart people with strong experience that leave quickly to better places. So you build up with a strong network in L.A.’s CPG very quickly. It’s small size minimize corporate red tape. So you see the impact of your work quickly.

Cons

Except for sales, there is a really toxic culture. Bullies get promoted, servant leaders get PIPs. Turnout rates in marketing are insane. I think current average tenure is less than a year.

The people: Great co-workers, but also a commitment from our Leadership Team who care about us. The work: It's a challenging time, but that's what makes it great! I enjoy working hard and making a difference, knowing that my team and management are working hard along side of me. So rewarding.

Cons

I miss the face to face interaction while working remote and long for the time when some of us are able to start working a hybrid schedule.

Cons

It's a 12 hour rotating day or night shift. Their attendance policy is strict, things that are beyond our control should be taken into consideration.
