Good company that has lost its way

Good Benefits Used to be inviting and felt like family until the new management came and new CEO

Cons

Low Pay, Very Low yearly increases, New Secretive management QA Managers cant manage their departments HR is unprofessional and will write up for anything All good employees have fled only the clueless ones have stayed Employee moral at all time low

Stay Away from Finance

Pros

Decent pay, decent benefits. Most of the company has good work-life balance.

Cons

Finance Organization. In my opinion, the Finance Leadership creates unnecessary churn and stress in the organization. It seems to treat people poorly and find special pleasure in publicly humiliating people in the team. It seems incapable of prioritizing and considers everything to be urgent - always! Appears to micromanage the team and does not listen. I have never seen Leadership admit to being wrong and it seems to throw the team under the bus to self-protect. I haven't seen Leadership show any regard for people's personal situations, work-life balance, or stress levels. Not surprisingly, turnover seems high in the Finance organization.

There’s a huge amount of growth ahead for us and our rapidly changing organization provides many new opportunities and exciting challenges for our leaders and employees alike. Pharmavite is investing more in the development of our teams – to help us deliver on our well-defined purpose and help you achieve your career aspirations. This year, through our Vital Conversations program, you have the opportunity with your manager formally 4 times a year not only to exchange views about your performance and explore learning interests related to your current job, but also to provide feedback on what you specifically need from your manager to be successful. We also monitor turnover and engagement across the company on a regular basis. While Finance is trending at about the same turnover rate as Pharmavite overall, a recent employee survey clearly showed higher rates of engagement amongst that team. We acknowledge that rapid transformation is not for everyone and we encourage you to engage in further discussions with your manager or Human Resources to ensure you are working together to understand your perspectives and address specific needs in context of our priorities and transformation.
