Pros

There is a focus on employee wellness. This includes benefits, fun programs, reward systems, etc. I also enjoy the attitude of the office. People are very friendly and quick to say "hello".

Cons

The company is going through a growth spurt. If you are looking for a corporate role and not comfortable with being flexible and open to trying new operations, this wouldn't be the place for you.

Health, Dental and 401k match 50% up to 6%. Tuition Reimbursements up to $5,250 per year. Full corporate tuition grant to attend University of Arizona Global Campus for Bachelors or Masters. Good structure in place that promotes effective work environment. Great managers that serve employee needs rather than barking orders. Growing company with lots of opportunities. Great products that are offered to employees for free on a monthly basis.

Cons

Has mandated return to office as part of hybrid schedule, where most jobs can be fulfilled remotely.
