Management is missing in action, they focus on making themselves look good - often at the expense of others. Transparency is replaced by opaqueness, organizational design is self serving, senior managers speak of values but seldom "walk the talk", business results are weak in a growing market.

Poor org structure makes it difficult to advance (no degrees of roles such as Sr. Manager vs. manager, etc...) Very limited Vacation days with little to no flexibility on taking off No Work from home policy and the company is generally against Too much reliance on legacy knowledge rather than having good processes in place
