Pros

I was never busy, causing the work day to go by quickly. You had to wear many hats working there and in turn, you did get exposed to a lot.

Cons

Unless you worked for the 'golden team' or on management, you're treated like garbage. The owner of the company also called himself a visionary, which alone should raise many red flags.
