      Cool product. Your co-workers truly do care about the work being put out.

      Cons

      Upper management is non-existent. Marketing leadership is a joke. Expect to be called out and publicly humiliated on the weekly all hands call. Unless, of course, you are one of his close friends or a member of the "clique"... then you'll simply get praised. His lack of leadership is blatantly obvious. He strives on pointing out other people's shortcomings with hopes that it will make him look good. Don't waste your time in this toxic environment.

      - underpaid employees - high on politics and favoritism - management always forces you to write "good reviews" even if you don't want to - no work life balance - worst culture in India office - no proper processes - lack of direction from management

      Phenom has given me the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally over the last 10 years. I have been able to work on meaningful IT initiatives, build strong partnerships across departments, and contribute to global operations, employee experience, governance, and technology transformation. The company provides opportunities to take ownership, solve complex problems, and continuously learn as the business scales.
