Disgraceful upper management that has zero experience, and it shows. Not only incapable of running a successful team, but extremely insulting and disparaging. Astounding rate of unhappy customers creates a lot of churn, and not a lot of sales. Role becomes a firefighter. Not strategic. Zero proactive support - only reactive.

Where do I start: Management is horrible, they care more about the customers than employees. -Micro-managed -To many people acting like their supervisors -Department is very toxic and nothing gets don't to boost the moral. -all they do is comment on all the bad and nothing good. Don't read the positive feed backs, thats mostly the people that just started working here. The turn around rate here is very high. Been here 4 years and I have seen how much this place has changed for the bad. They do a good job at making this place seem like its a great place to work but its a damn joke.
