      Pros

      International company with cool atmosphere and very healthy financials. Friendly atmosphere, great conditions of work, fair remuneration and benefits. No feeling of external pressure.

      Cons

      Promotion is based on sponsors and networks. You can do the best job of your life and no reward if not sponsored. Very political environment, not ready for changes. Top management (2 guys) are enthusiastic, many VP's and Directors understand their positions as "kingdoms to be defended". And sacrifying those who can disturb could be the right strategy. Less care for the company than for own interest looks common.

      Pros

      It's a very international company, you meet colleagues from all around the world. Good benefits and a place to develop yourself.

      Cons

      Very conservative. Management is not inspiring. People move positions often.

      OK if you want good salary ...but you will not see "top" management talents here...and everything is about "networking".

      Pros

      Good salary and overall package. Nice training opportunities. Possibility to make cross departmental move. Looks good on your CV that you worked for PMI.

      Cons

      Very political. If somebody in senior management does not like you, they can bury you. Networking is the "key" thing to get promoted, regardless of your capabilities. If you want to move up, prepare yourself to join "the old boys club".
