      Pros

      International and multicultural environment. It provides opportunities to interact with people from all over the world and people of all origins. There are no discrimination of gender and no rasicm within the organization. Various training and career development courses. Good Salary, good social and medical benefits. People are mostly friendly.

      Cons

      Problem with communication and understandings between different functions and different countries and regions. As to accomplish a mission, it takes good team work and coordination of different departments. The company is not very strong in this aspect. Organization is too big that some people's career are not being paied attention to.

      Pros

      good an nice working environment which helps you fully deploy yourself and boosts your career. There are many opportunities to go abroad and workin on a more international level. you have the opportunity to see many departments on a very short time. philip morris makes me happy

      Cons

      you are working in an industry who sometimes lacks corperate governance. so not everybody is even interested in the work youy are doing and not always likes the wy you are behaving. it happens people are really upset with the work i am performing

      Pros

      There are lots of people coming together from different countries and backgrounds to work together. It is also a place where managers try to get their team recognized. I also believe that the place is changing, especially with younger and younger people coming in so things might change in the future. It is very responsible about recognizing the fact that it is in a "bad" industry and being clear about its business principles.

      Cons

      Poor benefit programs. No work/life balance arrangements available. Not flexible with their HR policies. Also, the organization tends to be very big and you can get kind of lost, i.e. feeling as if you're not important. Hierarchy is also something that is a bit of a problem.
