The company is focused on making sure employees have a good work-life balance Working in two different business units, I have worked with great people I have really enjoyed getting to know My managers have always been mentors I have kept in touch with since I left Philips

Cons

Very slow-moving, risk averse decision making, which makes it very hard to be creative in your approach to get results Lots of politics at the top that can be frustrating for those that just want to do what is best for the business - also contributes to a CYA attitude in each department
