401k match up to 6%. Working from home right now is good.

Cons

Lots and lots of cons. The company is bottom line driven so quality is not a priority. The company is not innovative, they buy other companies with IP innovation and integrate them in the business. Cut costs and make the product viable. There is no innovation organically. All acquired. They acquire, cut cost, overhead and pay people off. Good business model but not so good for moral and for people. Very left company too. Compensation is not good unless higher up.
