A Dutch-based company with a clear favoritism toward Dutch employees. The innovation/creative design work has become far more limited than in prior years, with a clear desire & plan to move toward more ODM and contract engineering for their components. The work has therefore become much more paper-pushing and dealing with rigid processes that can get in the way of progress. The stakeholders are varied, and many times do not agree - this results in many instances of stopping design efforts mid-stream and pausing them for months and even years. Progress on innovative products have become rather slow, and often hit the markets years after competitors.
