Good balance against very few resources

Pros

* Good Work/life balance. Remote/hybrid work * Workplace & amenities * Great team to work

Cons

*A bit of authoritarianism. I say a bit, because at the end, the boss did apologize. *Very few technical resources. Incredibly, things like a shared folder or an azure account does not exist. * Very weak leadership. * Regular Compensation & benefits * No career advancement. Short-term contracting.

lots of employee growth, great people to work with, company culture is wonderful, salary is competitive

Cons

None that I can think of. Work and life balance maybe, but not that much.
