Pros
Pretty good benefits package, some mid-level managers are excellent while others need to work on their people/management skills, quality products.
Cons
Don't expect any assistance/guidance if you need some information to do your job. A lot of the old HP folks tend to keep information close to the vest and seem more interested in protecting their turf. If you like working with a bunch of Type A personalities, this is the place for you.
