      Pros

      Had good financial benefits and bonuses; great colleagues; used to have an emphasis on work life balance until recently.

      Cons

      -The processes at Philips are frustratingly redundant yet not enough. -Too many pointless town halls only for senior execs to tell us how we're winning while we're drowning in work. -Can be quite cliquey. -It used to be unlimited PTO no questions asked and we were all reasonable with our PTO. Then it became unlimited* PTO (*as long as you get your work done by insane deadlines that can move up at any point). -Extremely easy to be siloed at a giant company.

It's good to hear that your experience was quite positive at first, but it's of course regrettable that especially the work load and changes to the PTO policy haven't have a positive effect on the balance between your work and personal life.
