      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. Work environment and coworkers are wonderful. We all look at each other as a big family :-) I am always learning something new here.

      Friendships that are made have made this place bearable

      Cons

      The petty rules-no cell phones, no food at your desk, no vacation or sick time. Family politics control the company and heaven forbid you do need a day off or are sick, you are made to feel guilty for taking that time. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

      Family monopoly, no room for growth. Selective enforcement of company rules. Unfair practices towards minorities. Non-existent benefits.
