Phorest has an amazing culture and atmosphere, the people are really positive and believe in what we're trying to do which makes you feel like you're part of something special. There's a real drive to try new things and to allow people the freedom to own what they do and have impact on the company which is something I haven't seen before. From the first impressions team at reception when you walk in and all the way through everyone is really friendly and nice. They’ve got great new offices with hang out spaces and a roof top terrace, nice location and there’s showers and a gym close by. The main reason I joined is because I felt that Phorest has the potential to be number one globally and truly the best in the world at what they do, not something I could see in many other Irish companies. Since I've started I'm even more convinced this is true. From the management team through every employee there's a great feeling of positivity and ambition in a friendly atmosphere.

Really enjoyable working environment, very easy going successful company who really sticks to their values. Staff progression and training is fantastic. if you are putting in the hard work it is recognized and rewarded.
