      Pros

      It’s a decent paying first gig for someone fresh out of college. The people you are stuck in that hell hole with, especially support, are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Please get out of there, you are worth so much more. There is a diverse group of people, and I wanna believe it’s not bc they are taking advantage of them but cannot convince myself.

      Cons

      Life sucking job. Everything sucks, especially upper management. Definitely a “we got everyone pizza so you should stay” place. There is almost no leveling up unless you are one of the favorites and even then they do very little training and throw you into the fire. I saw really nice and caring managers leave because upper management destroyed them, some of them question their morals. The owner didn’t know what UX/UI was until I explained it to her but owns a tech company?! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

      Lots of parties so that's a plus

      Cons

      Owners are never there to make important decisions so the Controller is constantly having a nervous breakdown. Don't like walking on eggshells

      Pros

      A fun environment to thrive, a place where you can really pitch your ideas and feel heard and seen. It's possible to grow within the company, and feel challenged while learning and feel supported. The environment was great, as long as you enjoy a small family-oriented environment. There were lots of small in house events that really help celebrate the employees. And the company really supports other small businesses and highlights volunteer opportunities. Photobiz is also truly passionate about their users and that is something to be proud of.

      Cons

      A great place to work as long as you are okay with small company culture. There are cons for anywhere you work. Here? The only thing i can think of? The salary was not super competitive (it is a small company), but the trade off is a welcoming, great, and inclusive place to work. And an environment where you can learn.
