-Good salary in industry but no job guarantee in Admin and Sys-Admin department.

Cons

-In terms of Admin department there are 25+ employees in Chennai, all are treated as servant to the CEO, CTO, CFO residences. -Your personal Life will be affected even in weekends/holidays. - Many of us lost the job without any intimation/notice period/compensation. - Processing payment to the vendor very worst. - Getting an approval from the management ridicules. - Office time 11am to 9pm.

1. Very Bad (Micro)management. 2. You will be questioned by everyone , not only by your Team lead, but by all. 3. You can enjoy the salary you get as there is no work life balance. You need to work even on Week ends. 4. Cab facility available, but timing is very bad . 5. Employees are treated like slaves
