Good location in major metro area.

Cons

It’s your typical barebones contracting job. Very poor benefits with zero to no perks. Generally disengaged leadership. The folk who stay the longest generally do well, the rest just plod on.

Great place to start working, or finish your career

Pros

The people are all very smart, and great to work with. The variety of projects makes every day different and interesting. Here you can gain amazing experience in many different areas that are unheard of in most other companies. You can accumulate years worth of multidisciplinary experience in very little time, as well as learn a lot about project management and design iteration in a very fast paced environment.

Cons

although the benefits package is better than anywhere else, the pay is subpar. You will only access the benefits if you need medical care, or you are having children. The ESOP employee contributions only reach 100% vestment after 6 years, which discourages any newer generations from joining the company.
