Physicians Regional Healthcare System reviews

Physicians Regional is a for profit hospital. Every week they would let us know our department wasn’t reaching productivity and director/leads always said we need to “stay under the radar”. FT employees rarely got FT hours and were sent home for low census and people were also laid off, which meant employees were required to fulfill other tasks and were not compensated for it (and of course these tasks were not taken into account with the department’s numbers). Patient care became unethical as policies were not followed and they didn’t have the appropriate staff needed to provide quality of patient care.
