Pros

Most coworkers and management were lovely, and would help you get things done

Cons

Poor time management and scheduling managers treated teen associates poorly; a few workers tended to be lazy during nightly chores

Pros

Always pays on time, checks never bounce You get 10% off their brands Pharmacy discounts Really good insurance, I pay $18 a check for me and 2 kids for vision, dental, medical and prescriptions! They cover 6 free therapy sessions a year- even without their insurance Free boost (delivery) for a year Easy to learn, coworkers are willing to teach you

Cons

Experience varies by store, some stores management is absolutely abyssal and will write you up for missing work ( even with a phone call that you cant come in over an hour prior or with an ER doctor's note). This store has good management! Schedules vary per store You'll be asked to help out in other departments after being hired The pay is low but they offer a lot of benefits for medical and reimbursement for college tuition that makes it worth it
