Friendly Co-Workers, Good overall atmosphere. Not much else.

Cons

Management does not care about its people. If you want to move up this is not the right company to look at, management will not help you advance but they will tell you otherwise.

Interacting with some nice customers. They work around your schedule ( very helpful for teens ).

Cons

Uncomfortable uniforms. Lousy pay. Horrible job training. Managers almost always sides with customers, do not back employees up.
