Pros

They have a lot of hours available.

Cons

When I started working there, like literally first week or training, they had no one available to train me. So they stuck me behind the desk and showed me very quickly a few things before leaving me completely alone to run the desk. Now it felt great in the beginning to think, wow they really must like me, but I never realized how much I still had to learn. The first time I needed help the lady that was supposed to help me if I ran into a problem was very rude. I got through my shift luckily but didn't have a single day off for 12 days in a row. I had a 2 month old baby at home, not to mention 3 other kids that I was paying my sister to help take care of while I worked. I repeatedly told my manager I needed to get daycare set up, but the manager that hired me when on vacation right away after I started. My sister ended up getting sick of babysitting what he said felt like she was raising my kids and wanted and kind of deserved more than what I could afford to pay her, she ended up not showing up to babysit 3 days in a row and I lost my job. They need better management that can actually listen and meet their employees needs when first hiring them.
