Mostly flexible scheduling. Vacation and PTO for part time and full time. Insurance for full time. Tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

Corporate expectations are almost impossible to meet and youre constantly pressured to complete too many tasks per day which take away from the actual customer service. Corporate doesn’t give enough hours to staff enough registers. Want 75% of orders to use self checkout. Pay is CRAP. working for 10 years and only making $14.50 even tho I’m a shift supervisor and constantly stressed and exhausted. Also you get yelled at a lot.

Family like work environment, most employees are nice to each other

Cons

The way the company is set up, bosses are not friendly to employees, you will work extra time pst your shift or you will be shunned and give crappy shifts. Multiple full time people were given 35 hours or less as punishment.
