It was great until 2022 and then there was an IT shake up and put the scare in everyone. Too many inexperienced IT managers making big decisions -- especially letting go of key people. A lot of smart "doers" - not the powerpoint pushers.

What happened?? People believed your firechats - until they weren't true.
