      Pros

      Interesting product being built. Company has decent incentive program

      Cons

      Lets just start off by saying the company is extremely unorganized and behind the times computer system wise. The company talks about quality but everything is a rush just so they can show jobs shipping for the month. Jobs are put out for production when items are still not worked out with the customers causing costly changes during the building process of the vehicle. Company also always talks about saving money but them gives items away to customers just try and make them happy. Sad thing is by the time the company gets their act together they will probably be out of business.

      Thank you for your review. We understand there is always opportunity within a business. In order to enhance our technology, we are currently investing in our systems and upgrading our ERP system, Kronos, adding new software programs, and are implementing Workday in Q1-FY19! We feel confident that these improvements will help our team members become more efficient and have a positive impact on all.

      Pay and benefits are good if you have been there a while.

      Cons

      Poor to non-existent management. Way too much overtime. Unorganized.

      Needs improvement on so many levels.....

      Pros

      Pay is equal to or slightly better than others in terms of engineering jobs. Flex time for coming in (for office employees only). Manufacturing pay for new employees is bad enough they can't keep anyone new anymore. Generous vacation (maybe this is just me).

      Cons

      I've been here over 10 years ...but only because monetarily I'm "stuck" here. As for advancement, the company in the last decade cares more about "credentials" ie a degree rather than capabilities and experience. Hence, that's why a lot of these 4 year degree people who never picked up a wrench or held a real job get brought in to "improve" our processes. As a result, the only wrench they handle for the first time is the one they throw into the gears of the processes they touch. The amount of employee turn over here in engineering and manufacturing is flat out depressing. The rotating cast of mid managers are a bunch of useless clowns completely disconnected from the realities of the internal and external customer needs. The internal morale is bad across the board, as I speak to office and manufacturing frequently, new and old employees.
