Great Team and Work Life Balance

Pros

Team is collaborative, helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. Work life balance is top priority and the integrity of the company and management is one of the best I have worked for in my career.

Cons

There are really no cons - we do all work remote so there are times when it would be nice to be able to meet more of my team in person.

- get to work with very talented, dedicated people - client base is impressive (Global 500) - relaxed work environment (work from home as needed, etc.) - travel is limited (about one trip a month)

Cons

- need to build as strong a culture in Chicago and London as San Francisco - need a broader base of service offerings (beyond CPQ)
