Hybrid work environment Company vehicle Relaxed work atmosphere Catered Christmas and Thanksgiving lunches

Cons

Heavy Christian culture. Leadership hides behind computers and only shows up to give “I put my pants on one leg at a time, just like you all” speeches. Office space is literally called the dungeon. No room for career advancement. Pay is miles behind industry standards. It’s a very sad and dark place.
