It’s a job. That’s about it.

Cons

Poorly managed store with so much favoritism it was sickening. The employees that actually put forth 100% are not recognized at all. Manager denies this to the end! Shift leaders to busy on their phones watching videos and doing what they do best...delegate. I actually saw where new employees had been brought to tears due to attitude of shift leaders.

Pros

Lots of customer interaction, busy, leaders get monthly bonuses ( average 100-200) health insurance $$$, 24 hrs , some locations have a kitchen/deli so they hire food service too.

Cons

Lots of customer interaction, constant turn over, lots of policies and program to participate in and promote, not enough coverage or payroll
