There is a lot of playing favorites at this job. If you want a job that promotes others for calling in and being on the phone all day than this might be for you. If you are hard working and show up in time be prepared for being treated like crap. In the beginning they will promise a good seclude but the end result they don't care about you or if you have time with your family only the managements family is important to them. I rate this job as very poor due to favoritism And discrimination.

Management manipulates their words and policy to fit THEIR needs. If you're into drama, brown nosing, back stabbing, misrepresentation you can go far. Hard works are extremely mistreated while the rude and careless employees get anything and everything. Only allow 2 people on overnite, doing the work of 3 people. No benefits or team orientation. They think you're a robot and NOT a human being.
