Merged with a company paying 15 per hr. Kept their employees at 12.50 per hr. Zero communication between field work dispatch and management.. pay out of pocket for all benefits. Absolutely no steady schedule. One week your working 3 days on 3 days off but later that week it changes to 5 days on 2 days off and the who knows it's a guessing game. But mainly the pay raise or lack there of.. if they don't at least meet somewhere in the middle or match what thomas employees are making THERE WILL NOT BE ANYMORE EMPLOYEES. From the pilot side... also your priorities are all out of order instead of worrying about cleaning the pick up trucks "off the clock" maybe you should hire some mechanics that actually work on them..
