since we are a trainging store known as "coaches club" we train many lead manager at my store . most of which are actually pretty nice . with the occasional person who lets the position go to there head and start snapping fingers at the people training them .even if they are a lower rank , after all we train them so obviouslt we know what to do . and also i have worked at my location for a year now and it is said every six months we get a rasied i havent gotten one yet.
