      Pros

      Time goes by fast, there is always a lot to do. Always paid on time and is fun if you have a strong store team.

      Cons

      No extra help, No more salary after Feb. 27. for the GSM position, formerly Travel Center Manager 50 hrs a week. Company restructuring. We were told a few weeks ago Pilot is basically mgr. heavy and you either have to relocate or take a demotion if you are not picked for the Manager position for the store you are currently in.TCM/GSM's are handed the work the GM doesn't feel like doing while they sit in the office and paid roughly 20k less a year. Soon to be 30k less a year. Company is also under a criminal investigation due to the theft of rebate money from many trucking companies.

      I have worked there for 2 years with excellent ratings and a record year for sales and profit at my location. I was rewarded by having my job eliminated and no place left for me after being told for the past 6 months I was being promoted. This company is dumping there talented employees for $12 per hour managers. Not a good company to work for. I have wasted the last 2 years there. If your considering this company just keep looking. No future there.

      Weekly pay,benefits and customer interaction.

      Cons

      They are prejudice towards women ,colored,and,no advancement opps. you can bust your, but, come in on your day off, have phenomenal customer service skills and still get overlooked.They will have you train some one and promote them to a higher position than your in but you train them??? give employess incentives for above and beyond good efforts!!
