      Pros

      I worked for Pilot for nearly 3 years. At least at my location, there were always lots and lots of hours because we could never get employees, so that meant lots of hours for those who cared enough to answer our phones to come in. I started as a cashier and was able to advance.

      Cons

      I worked upwards of 60 hours a week at time, usually working all 24 hours of the day in the course of the week. The company won't drug test so we get a lot of burnouts that come and go through the store. They seriously just promote whoever kisses up to corporate better. Your quality or commitment to work is secondary.

      Pros

      The Guest are what keeps me there or i would have quit by now!!!!! No one works as a team. Its all high school stuff.

      Cons

      PILOT IN GENERAL! They dont care about there employees. We are just a number to them. They recently did a survey, what a joke nothing will change around our pilot.

      There were some nice people during my overnight shifts.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. On Fridays and Saturdays, there would be no maintenance, 2 people TOTAL at diesel and just me at gas. The customers are rude and the register system is a joke and is outdated. There were tons of employees who didn't do anything, leaving it for the overnight people and were never reprimanded. Also, the pay was horrible and the "benefits" weren't worth the time. Also, STILL haven't gotten my W-2....
