      Pros

      Weekly pay. Customers appreciate hard work even tho NO ONE ELSE IN THE COMPANY DOES!

      Cons

      There aren't enough hours in the day to type the con's. All management above a GSL3 lies. They discriminate EVERYONE. If you run 3rd shift they expect you to burn the building down and rebuild it from scratch but will still talk about you like a dog expect you to stay late off the clock work through your breaks and lunch and will cut hours on your check to hit labor cost (which is a joke). If you work your butt off they expect more... Do nothing and get a promotion! If you take a job at Pilot I suggest you take the check doing as little work as possible and take em for all they are worth - they won't do anything. Nothing is good enough to keep employees from SLANDEROUS accusations anyway. Bottom line you will be a replaceable number and management will throw you under the bus all day everyday to save their own.

      The co-workers. The excessive hours worked, the lack of support from any upper management, a heartless owner....you get the idea.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, far too little payroll, poor ownership.
