Pros

Fast paced and you meet lots of really great and interesting people! No two days are exactly the same!

Cons

The company's senior management is really good at saying one thing and doing the exact opposite of what they just said. They are so bottom line focused that customer service has taken a back seat to everything and everyone else. Too many task lists and not enough people to support any of their expectations. And now they want to cut staff even more?!?! I am allowed 1 cashier 1 maintenance and myself. How much more can you cut from that?

Work you to death and still not good enogh

Pay is decent. Manager bonuses are nice. The company is great. Customers are typically pretty cool.

Cons

Management will work you to death. As a Co-Manager, nothing I did was ever good enough.
