      Pros

      The benefits of the job are great! Also, being able to communicate with management about potential schedule conflicts also helps out too.

      Cons

      Some upper management pick favorites, so if you aren't the favorite, you usually don't get any help unless you're severely backed up to almost 15 people in a line.

      Awesome Assistant Manager, decent benefits, great coworkers for the most part, fast paced, can get hours and move up quickly if you work hard

      Cons

      GM has favorites, if you are not one, you get no help. Second and third shift have minimal help because first shift has full coverage and there are no hours for the other shifts. Minimal training and left on your own. If second or third shift leaders are needed, their lunch and breaks are cut short. If you are leading shift and need help you better call the Assistant because GM can't be bothered.

      Pros

      Great health insurance, and benefits. Can work full-time if you like. Companies are nation wide and offer you the chance to relocate to any state if there is an opening at that store.

      Cons

      Very low pay.. Over worked. Under staffed so one person is required to do the work of 5, and must keep up, no exceptions. Poor communication with upper management. Complaints are not received and/or corporate seems to not care about problems you are having at your location.
