      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Realize that from the start you will be lied to by the recruiter...Google them and see what legal trouble they are in. There is no work family balance. You become a stocker, merchandiser, checker, maintenance etc...Very little time to truely manage.

      Always got my hours and a little overtime.

      No pay raise, even after giving you unofficial promotion, meaning more work without the pay. A lot of favoritism, along with seniority, Only the General managers favorites were scheduled Monday thru Friday 7 to 3 or 4. One was being paid to train new employees and she never trained me or anyone the year I was there because I did the training or people in 2nd or 3rd shift would train. I got fired for a cash shortage on a day I didn't use the register, the week before management called me into question me on why I reported them to district manager, next week im fired. Company had a problem with not giving lunches and would edit time so we wont get paid and they wont be in trouble. I can go on.

      Some great people to work with.

      Pay is bad for the stuff we have to do/clean shower bathrooms, propane,fix pumps,move trucks , do other peoples jobs because there to lazy and ask you to do it.
