      Pros

      There were some nice people during my overnight shifts.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. On Fridays and Saturdays, there would be no maintenance, 2 people TOTAL at diesel and just me at gas. The customers are rude and the register system is a joke and is outdated. There were tons of employees who didn't do anything, leaving it for the overnight people and were never reprimanded. Also, the pay was horrible and the "benefits" weren't worth the time. Also, STILL haven't gotten my W-2....

      Pros

      I have worked in two stores and both are about the same pace for their size. Meet some some nice customers.

      Cons

      Scheduling is terrible. Store manager at one store really does not care about his mgt team or the employees. There is No discipline. Employees come to work when they want and call out whenever with no repercussions. Good employees are worked to the bone while lazy employee are allowed to slack off while at work.

      Pros

      Great people that come to store. Very busy, high energy, some become family and friends.

      Cons

      Advancement here sucks. If you have worked there 50 years and proven you are a capable candidate for a position, matters not in the least. The person who gets complaints, does nothing, and has had employees quit because of this person will get the promotion. You are at the mercy of the TCGM. GOOD OR BAD.
