Your work/life balance depends a lot on which regional or division manager you get. Most have very professional behaviors but you can get one that goes beyond the norm and will make your professional life difficult. A program where employees under these managers can annually give their feed back anonymously would go a long way toward curing these unprofessional behaviors.
