Pros
Working with dedicated workers, meeting new people, learning new experiences, employee assistance program, benefits program, possibilities for advancement, businesses located throughout most of the United States.
Cons
No designated area for employee parking, not having the resources or tools readily available such as; snow plows, replacement parts for fuel pumps, large dolly to transport heavy equipment, and not being able to rely on when things will get fixed (a lot of red-tape).
