      Pros

      Pilot is a fast paced travel center with a lot of room for advancement. If you put the in the work, if will get noticed.

      The hours are a bit rough.

      Pros

      Fast paced, and customers (generally truck drivers) are great! If you like people and being able to make a customer feel appreciated and welcome this is the place to work.

      Cons

      Low pay, starts at 9.00 per hour in Utah. Very poor management. Schedules are changed regularly, employees come when they want and leave early all the time. There is no accountability to those that show up late, call out because of any willy nilly reason, i.e., (cant find a baby sitter, cant get a ride, etc). People show up and do as little as possible, just standing at the register, not doing the cleaning, etc., that a store needs on a regular basis

      Pros

      The pay is good and they work with my schedule. I am up for promotion and I can't wait! I hope to stay with Pilot for a while

      Cons

      I haven't had many issues so far. Some of the staff is challenging but aside from that, I have gotten pretty lucky.
