      Pros

      flexible in schedule, understands and listen to need of employees and customers, tries and mostly succeeded's to find and fix any problems immediately

      Cons

      it can sometimes take a while to get what we need, some employees make it a habit to be late everyday, no call no shows. things can sometimes go un ordered or be forgotten, management goes by whos been there the longest.

      Pros

      You get meet people from all over the globe and get paid weekly. I can't think of another reason that could be considered a "Pro"

      Cons

      Horrible management , on both the deli side and retail side. Lazy workers who call in, go home, or just don't show up, and who do not do their job when they are at work, who cause friction within the store, and they get pats on the back and raises while hard working reliable people are treated very very poorly. Things are broken and never fixed. Attention to important details are ignored. This is a travel center/truck stop that constantly runs out of everything that is needed on a daily basis, such as eating utensils, coffee and toilet paper and the list goes on from there. Bad management is the problem with this store in my opinion. I could go on but I think the point is pretty clear.
