      Big organization, many advancement opportunities could be possible, many training opportunities in different fields, decent pay and flexible schedules

      Cons

      At my location there is poor management and leadership within, lazy employees seem to be treated better by geting better shifts, many young people that stand around and watch the few good employees do all the work And this behavior continues due to the lack of delegation around the store, many new employees are not trained properly, often run into no food or expired food, lots of drama within
