      Not alot of teamwork. Focused on results at the expense of employee morale. Employees just a tool- Not appreciated

      Work is enjoyable, pay ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Upper Management needs some training , GM's and RM's don't communicate or lie to employees, doesn't seem like they know their job, will ignore you or belittle you if you disagree with them. They will yell at you in front of customers or won't even talk to you for days. They don't schedule enough staff for busy days but will make sure when they work they have more than enough staff on hand. Very disorganized or lost...You would think when they have a mass exodus of staff they would investiate why.

      Fun work environment, Lot of things to learn for retail business management, Tremendous opportunity to capture highway business.

      Cons

      Poor management, Slow response to market change, probably due to old and tired senior management.
