Got fired due to a spill that happened at an airport. Best advice, take pictures of anything that even resembles a spill even if it’s dried up. But besides that: - pay is unbelievable - leadership is incredible - Free showers - Meal up to $10, paid for at Pilot affiliated food places. - Set schedule the way you want it (if a Floater Driver). If local driver, you have a set schedule that works best for the area you’re in. - Decent Benefits, but if you want something better you can always get your own with the money you’ll be making - As a floater, you can expect to make $2,600 - $3,100/week before taxes. I averaged a net of $1,900/week (take-home) for the state of Arizona. - You can not go wrong with Pilot! THEY PAY BY THE HOUR with OVERTIME after 40hrs. With as much overtime as you want (legally lol).
