      A company that is always hiring is always firing

      Pros

      Great pay (for seasoned people), early release on Fridays, free beer on the 5th floor on Fridays. Free Chic- Fil- a breakfast on Fridays. Great location in Uptown Dallas. It's an easy business to sale, there's always growth and expansion for territories.

      Cons

      If you're new to the company the pay is very bad, if you're a high performer leadership will promise a raises that never comes. Some people have quit and returned to gain a pay raise. They offer 1 WFH day a week, very prejudice atmosphere. Very strict environment when upper leadership is in town. Only 3 weeks of PTO are offered, unpaid time off is non existent. Employees were forced promotions that they did not want to take, then they would fail or not perform as well in those positions. No real career progression unless you move to Knoxville, TN where the company is based.

      Working was nice meet new people and help the community Loved my job

      Cons

      Management GM can care about there over night shift more then they do Work hard keep store cleaned and stocked. Get treaded like crape. Never will work there again or shop there

      Free coffee and drinks, comfy desk chairs, coworkers in the same boat to sink/swim together, room for promotion, free swag

      Cons

      Experience at this company vastly differs depending on your department and manager. Unclear expectations, little to no direction, broken (or non existent) processes, lots of politics, HR is a joke when it comes to office conflict, promotion of people who aren’t qualified to be a leader (read:politics). In more recent years, company only cares about bottom dollar. Each employee is only a number and extremely overworked. Company is too top heavy. Pay also heavily varies based on department and your negotiating.
