      Long Hours With Loads of Travel

      Never getting in a rut--a new store in a new city & state every week

      Cons

      Low base salary with long hours and alot of responsibility. Upline bosses seem to not be as relatable to Field employees at times. Decisions have to be made quickly to meet deadlines, but sometimes upline boss may not be immediately available and you hear about it if he disagrees with the decision you made in order to get the job done. The company will expect you to relocate for them at times with ZERO relocation assistance.
